Beyond Classical
Music-making extends beyond the interpretation of written scores. Alongside my work as a classical pianist, I enjoy engaging with musical settings that involve improvisation, stylistic flexibility, and collaborative creativity.
These experiences have included performing with jazz ensembles, creating music spontaneously in rehearsal and performance contexts, and adapting to the musical ideas of fellow performers in real time. Such work has enriched my musicianship, deepened my listening skills, and broadened my artistic perspective.
The recording below offers a brief glimpse into this aspect of my musical practice, featuring ensemble interaction, improvised accompaniment, and a short solo passage within a jazz setting.
